Malabou Pty Ltd is an Australian-based engineering supply partner, coordinating the supply of fabricated OEM equipment components, precision sub-assemblies, and machined frames for mining, heavy industry, and OEM clients across Australia.

While we do not currently provide installation services in Australia, Malabou leverages a global network of qualified fabrication, casting, and machining partners to manufacture components strictly to client-issued drawings, 3D CAD models, and specification standards.

Our Australian-based team provides project coordination, logistics, verification management, and documentation oversight, ensuring components are supplied to specification and ready for integration by the client’s own installation teams.

Fabricated OEM Components & Sub-Assemblies – Manufactured from Plate & Billet with Cast Inserts

Malabou coordinates the supply of fabricated components primarily manufactured from certified plate and billet stock, with the option to integrate castings for clevises, joints, bushings, or other inserts where required. Typical components include:

 Equipment frames and sub-assemblies

 Welded assemblies for OEM machinery

 Precision-machined sub-components integrated into larger systems

 Mining and mineral processing equipment sub-assemblies

Fabrication is performed strictly to client drawings or 3D CAD models, including any specified:

 Welding procedures and qualifications (AS/NZS ISO 3834, AS/NZS 1554 where applicable)

 Non-destructive testing (NDT) requirements

 Stress relief or heat treatment (if specified)

 Dimensional tolerances and fit-up requirements

 Integration of cast components where required

All components are supplied fully fabricated and verified, ready for installation by the client or their nominated contractors.

Machining & Bore Alignment for Sub-Assemblies

Where required, fabricated OEM components and sub-assemblies can be coordinated with machining operations, bore alignment, and line boring through our global partner network.

This ensures:

 Accurate alignment of bearing housings, pin bosses, clevis joints, or mounting points

 Fit-up and dimensional compliance per client drawings or 3D CAD models

 Surface finishes and tolerance verification

 Verification via CMM inspection or equivalent metrology

CNC Machining from Plate & Billet Stock

Malabou also manages the CNC machining of fabricated OEM components or sub-assemblies from certified plate and billet stock, including machining of cast inserts or welded components, in accordance with:

 Client-specified material grades and mechanical properties

 2D drawing tolerances or 3D solid model dimensions

 Surface finish and post-weld machining requirements

 Inspection and documentation specifications

All work includes CMM measurement and reporting to ensure dimensional compliance prior to shipment to Australia.

Standards, Verification & Documentation

Malabou ensures all fabricated OEM components and sub-assemblies, including integrated castings, are supplied in strict accordance with client specifications:

 2D drawings or 3D CAD models

 Material certificates and traceability

 Welding procedure compliance and NDT verification

 Dimensional inspection reports (CMM where required)

 Additional verification as specified

We provide full documentation and verification oversight, but installation is the responsibility of the client or their contractors.
